Antonia M. Donohue is a partner in the Firm's Banking and Financial Services Practice Group as well as its Creditors’ Rights Practice Group and Real Estate Practice Group. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions in workout, foreclosure, collection, bankruptcy, litigation and real estate loan transactions, as well as extensive real estate litigation experience, including title claims litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Donohue was a partner in a large regional law firm where she was in charge of the Firm's creditors’ rights group. Ms. Donohue received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984 and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1981 from the University of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Donohue is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Donohue is a member of the Board of Directors of The Long Island Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Ms. Donohue was named a recipient of the Long Island Business News’ April 2009, 50 Most influential Women. Honorees are selected based upon their leadership in business, support for Long Island’s non-for-profit organizations and commitment to the community. She is also a frequent lecturer on commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, workouts and collection. Ms. Donohue is the co-author of The Potential Liability of Attorneys
