John C. Farrell is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where he focuses on municipal and environmental litigation. Mr. Farrell received his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2000 and his Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in 1997. He previously worked as Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Babylon where he served as counsel to the town's Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board. Mr. Farrell also acted as lead prosecutor for zoning violations in the town. In addition, Mr. Farrell has extensive experience representing developers on land use and zoning applications. Mr. Farrell currently serves as a member of the Town of Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals.
