John G. Farinacci is a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group and its Elder Law Practice Group. He specializes in fiduciary litigation including contested probate, contested accountings, discovery and turnover proceedings, lifetime trust litigation, and construction proceedings practices in estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters. Mr. Farinacci frequently writes and lectures on Trusts and Estates law topics, including as a speaker in New York State Bar Association and Nassau Academy of Law sponsored Continuing Legal Education courses. He has co-authored a course book for National Business Institute’s course: The Probate Process for New York Paralegals: From Start to Finish and served as a faculty member for that course. Mr. Farinacci is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is an active member of the Estate Litigation Committee of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association's Surrogate's Court Estates and Trusts Committee. He is currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and is a Vice-Chair of its Committee on Continuing Legal Education.
