Jessica L. Soderberg is an associate in the Firm's Corporate and Commercial Transactions Practice Group.

Ms. Soderberg received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007, where she received an award for excellence in real property law courses.  She received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 2004.

Ms. Soderberg is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York.
