Kei Robert Hirasawa is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Transactions Practice Group.

Mr. Hirasawa received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006, where he served as the Managing Editor of Notes and Comments for the Family Court Review.  His note, “Are Parents Acting in the Best Interests of Their Children When They Make Medical Decisions Based on Their Religious Beliefs” was published in the Family Court Review.  Mr. Hirasawa received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2003.
