Mindy K. Smolevitz is a partner in the Firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Ms. Smolevitz, who is also a certified public accountant, concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and corporate law. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a partner in a prestigious Nassau County law firm, and, prior thereto, an associate at a major New York City law firm.

Ms. Smovelitz received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association and frequently lectures and writes on estate planning and related topics.
