Marvin Ross is of counsel in the firms’ Real Estate Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law particularly in condominium and cooperative residential and commercial offerings. He has supervised the creation of more than one hundred condominium and cooperative organizations. He has served as the senior partner in a Nassau County law firm and was an Associate Director and General Counsel to a federal savings and loan association. He has been counsel to municipalities in Nassau County and has been counsel to the Woodmere Fire District for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Ross received his Juris Doctor in 1951 and his Master of Laws (Taxation) in 1953, both from New York University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in 1948 from CCNY. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations. He is a founder, past president and chairman of the Greater Five Towns YM and YWHA, and a past president and chairman of the Five Towns United Way and Five Towns Community Counsel.
