Seth H. Ross is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He represents property owners in connection with conversions to condominium and cooperative ownership and counsels cooperative and condominium boards. He also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with purchases, sales and financing of real estate and leasing of office, retail and industrial spaces.

Mr. Ross received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1985 and his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1982. He is a former chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale and a member of the Planning Board of the Village of Scarsdale, also a member the American Bar Association and the Board of Directors of the Town and Village Civic Club Education Forum of Scarsdale. He serves as a legal advisor to the Friends of Rock Hall, Inc.
