Stephen L. Ukeiley

Stephen L. Ukeiley is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Ukeiley has extensive experience in trial and appellate advocacy in both the state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution. He has handled a diverse assortment of cases, with particular emphasis on commercial litigation, banking and lending matters, employment law issues, RICO, real property issues, New York’s Navigation Law, and civil rights, among others.

Mr. Ukeiley is a former law clerk to the Honorable E. Thomas Boyle, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York, is an adjunct faculty member at the New York Institute of Technology where he teaches Telecommunications Law & Policy, and is the host of a political pod cast.  He has also taught at Long Island University (C.W. Post campus) and is a former radio talk show host and television commentator.

Mr. Ukeiley is an active member of both the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations and a frequent author.  He serves as the Editor of the In Brief Section of the Nassau Lawyer and is a volunteer on the Academic Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

In 2008, Mr. Ukeiley was honored with Long Island Business News’ prestigious 40 Under 40 Award for outstanding business professionals.Mr. Ukeiley is also certified as an arbitrator for the District Court of Nassau County.


Mr. Ukeiley is admitted to practice before the Bar of the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, United States District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
