William J. Garry is a Partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has extensive legal experience in the areas of commercial, real estate and personal injury litigation. He has been involved in a wide range of cases, including complex foreclosure actions, receivership actions in both State and Federal Courts, complex commercial litigation, commercial leasing matters, shareholder disputes and dissolution lawsuits, labor related work accidents, municipal law matters. He currently provides representation to the Village of Hempstead on personal injury actions commenced against the municipality.

He is an experienced attorney who been engaged in the practice of law for over 23 years and has a AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Garry previously served as a member of the Joint Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association and The Association of the Bar in the City of New York Judicial Screening Committee. Mr. Garry received his B.A. from Brooklyn College in 1980 and received his J.D. from Touro Law School in 1983. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984 and is admitted to the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Garry is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The Association of the Bar in the City of New York.
