YuhTyng Tsuei

YuhTyng Tsuei is an associate in the Firm's Tax Certiorari and Condemnation practice group, where she represents residential and commercial taxpayers in obtaining real estate tax assessment reductions and tax refunds, exemptions and abatements.  Ms. Tsuei specializes in residential property tax challenges and routinely negotiates with the County and villages of Nassau, and various Suffolk Towns and Villages including Huntington, Babylon, Islip, and Southampton.

Ms. Tsuei received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007, where she was an Articles Editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.  In addition, Ms. Tsuei interned for the Honorable Ira B. Warshawsky.  Ms. Tsuei received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 2004.

Ms. Tsuei is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.  She sits on the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association’s Golf Outing Committee and participates as a mentor in the Nassau County Bar Association’s Student Mentoring program.  Ms. Tsuei is also active on the BOLD (Bridge Over Language Divide) Task Force of the Nassau County Bar Association, whose mission is to better serve the growing population of non-English speaking citizens in need of legal help.


Ms. Tsuei is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York (2008), New Jersey (2008), and Connecticut (2007).  She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
