David E. Paseltiner, a Partner in the Corporate and Banking Practice Group, has been named a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Region of the American Heart Association. The mission of the AHA, founded in 1924, is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. In addition to serving on the Long Island
Region board, Mr. Paseltiner is the Chairman of the Board of Education
and Assistance Corporation (EAC), a not-for-profit agency providing
a broad array of educational, vocational, counseling, mediation and
intervention services and is the vice president of the board of directors
for Long Island Cares, the Harry Chapin Food Bank, where he also serves
as a member of its executive and finance committees. Mr. Paseltiner
has also served on the board for the March of Dimes Birth Defects
Foundation – Long Island Chapter.
