Partner Mary Walsh recently moderated a CLE Presentation on Real Estate Workouts

On October 6, 2009, Maribeth Walsh moderated a CLE Presentation on Real Estate Workouts.  The Presentation was sponsored by the Nassau Academy of Law.  Among the issues discussed were loan modifications, short sales, bankruptcy, insolvency and the tax ramifications of each of these potential options for "in trouble" borrowers.
