Appellate

The Appellate Practice Group serves the Firm's clients by defending favorable trial court results and attempting to overturn unfavorable ones. We are often retained to challenge or defend results obtained by other attorneys.

The Appellate Practice Group applies its knowledge of appellate rules, its legal research acumen, and its oral and written advocacy skills and experience to present the most compelling arguments on behalf of the Firm's clients to achieve favorable appellate decisions. The Firm handles appeals in many federal appellate courts in the United States as well as in the state courts of New York and other states.

The Firm's Appellate Practice Group includes former federal and state court judges.
