The Firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group provides advice and counsel regarding all employer/employee relations matters. The Group counsels employers on issues concerning contract negotiations, the administration of labor agreements, disciplinary proceedings, grievance arbitrations, and employment discrimination matters. The Group’s attorneys also provide general advice and counsel with respect to employment policies, employee manuals, reductions in work force, and the establishment of proper employment practices.
