Seth H. Ross is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He has closed commercial mortgages for one of the nation's largest commercial banks. He also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with purchases, sales, financing and syndication of properties, and leasing of office, retail and industrial spaces.

Mr. Ross received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1985 and his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1982. He is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Scarsdale Town and Village Civic Club. Mr. Ross also serves as a legal advisor to the Friends of Rock Hall, Inc. and as a volunteer firefighter for the Scarsdale Volunteer Fire Department.
